Fabbioli Consulting Since 2001 Doug has been a freelance consultant to the Mid Atlantic wine industry. From his experience and education, Doug can counsel his clients on all aspects of the industry from vineyard management, through the winemaking process, to how to effectively market wines. Although his time has been filled with Fabbioli Cellars, Windham Winery and other clients, he will always make time to speak with a possible new vineyard and winery owner.
